# Momentum Chimpanzee Terms of Use

## 1. Scope

These Terms apply to Momentum Chimpanzee, related pages and support provided by LittleWorks. Read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy when registering or as otherwise required. Apple and other providers' conditions may also apply to App Store distribution, authentication and related services.

## 2. Service

Momentum Chimpanzee is a free community for sharing investment opinions, information and predictions and reviewing outcomes. It is not a financial trading service, investment-advice contract or guarantee of profit or cash rewards. Features include Threads, comments, search, Forecasts, Calendar, profiles, avatars, titles, frames, Banana Store, notifications and reporting. Comments may contain advertisements.

## 3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and comply with local law and platform requirements. Do not misrepresent your age or use the service where prohibited.

## 4. Accounts

Use official Apple or Google authentication. When Firebase's supported account linking produces the same UID, profile, ownership, Bananas, limits, rewards and restrictions are shared. We do not merge accounts solely by matching email text or infer ownership from Apple's private email. We do not obtain or store your provider password. Phone registration/SMS authentication is not offered. Account transfers, sales, impersonation and abuse of multiple accounts or self-invitations are prohibited.

## 5. User content

User content includes posts, comments, Forecasts, profiles and URLs. You must have the necessary rights, permissions and consent. Do not infringe copyrights, trademarks, likeness, privacy or reputation, or disclose personal or confidential information without authorization. Others may save or share public content. You are responsible for resolving related disputes with third parties.

## 6. Threads and comments

Discuss securities, markets, earnings, currencies, rates and other investment topics. Posts are users' own views, not our endorsement, recommendation or guarantee. Verify information and make your own decisions.

## 7. Creating Forecasts

Creation and participation cost zero Bananas. Each account may create one regular Forecast per JST calendar day, and cannot create another while its own Forecast remains unresolved. It may still create Threads. Participation is separate and currently has no daily count limit.

Enter the question, A/B choices, answer deadline, resolution time and resolution criteria. Review the content, dates and reward in the central confirmation before saving. Describe how the result will be decided. No additional market selection, URL or source-confirmation checklist is required. No in-app AI reviews or completes these conditions. The deadline must be in the future; resolution must be at or after that deadline. Both date fields initially show the time the form was opened. Saved conditions, choices and dates cannot be edited. Replaying the same saved request does not create another Forecast or consume another allowance.

Only administrators may create Official Threads/Forecasts. Regular creation limits do not apply to Official operation. Other users may view and participate.

## 8. Bananas

Bananas are in-app points, not cash, legal currency or cryptocurrency. They cannot be bought for cash, cashed out, transferred or sold between users, or exchanged for outside economic benefits. We do not guarantee exchange value. Reasonable operational or anti-abuse changes are governed by these Terms and applicable law.

## 9. Participation

Choose A or B before the deadline. Authors cannot participate in their own regular or Official Forecasts. There are no stakes, balance deductions or additional bets. A saved answer cannot be changed. Identical requests count once. Late participation, manipulated requests and exploitation of faults are prohibited.

## 10. Results, rewards, cancellation and levels

At or after the resolution time, the regular author finalizes A or B using the saved criteria. Returning from the central confirmation changes nothing. Regular results cannot be revised. Each eligible correct participant receives once the reward frozen immediately before creation: 300 Bananas plus the author's level. The participant's level, creation XP and later level increases do not change it. Incorrect answers receive zero.

Official Forecasts are judged by AI. That judgment is the final result, and we do not accept appeals concerning it. Administrators obtain the judgment outside the app and enter it manually; it is not an embedded automatic AI-resolution feature. Official authors choose A, B or both. They set a positive reward at first resolution, then the amount is fixed with no level addition. Valid respondents to choices formally declared correct before or after a revision receive the amount fixed at first resolution, once per participant. This includes earlier winners who have not yet been paid; rewards already paid are not reclaimed. Replaying the same result does not make the opposite side correct.

Regular results are finalized by their authors. We do not accept appeals against results, but malicious decisions may be addressed under these Terms. This does not prevent reports of bugs, missing/duplicate payments or abuse, or lawful exercise of rights.

Formal author BAN/deletion cancels unresolved regular and Official Forecasts. Formal administrator revocation cancels only that author's unresolved Official Forecasts. Cancellation has no reward and stops participation, resolution and reminders; later reinstatement does not reopen it. Logout or temporary connection failure is not cancellation. Final results and interrupted distributions of finalized rewards remain valid.

An available author may delete completed/cancelled Threads from the existing menu. A Thread with any ongoing Forecast remains undeletable. Necessary history and ledgers remain; deletion does not recover rewards or re-award XP or creation allowances.

New activity raises the level starting at Lv.0, without backfilling old activity. You may tap to claim each reached-level reward once: 100 Bananas per level, a total of 1,000 at multiples of ten, and no reward at Lv.0. This is separate from Forecast rewards.

## 11. Daily login and invitations

The daily login reward is 100 Bananas. Invitations follow their displayed eligibility conditions. Changing authentication methods does not duplicate benefits. Fraudulent invitations or multiple-account abuse may lead to appropriate reversal or restrictions.

## 12. Investment decisions

We do not recommend buying, selling or holding financial products or guarantee posts' accuracy, completeness, currency or usefulness. Prices and published figures may change or be corrected. Investments may lose principal. Do not rely solely on this app.

## 13. Market manipulation

Deliberate falsehoods, improper price manipulation, deceptive trading inducements, manufactured consensus, inappropriate disclosure of material nonpublic information and other unlawful conduct are prohibited. Applicable securities-law duties remain unchanged.

## 14. External content

Linked sites may be outside our control. We do not guarantee their accuracy, legality, safety or availability. Check permissions before reproducing articles or images, and follow third-party terms and privacy policies.

## 15. Prohibited conduct

Do not engage in illegal acts, rights violations, harassment, threats, discrimination, obscene or violent posts, unauthorized disclosures, impersonation, spam, fraud, phishing, reward abuse, manipulated votes or balances, unauthorized access, system attacks, excessive load, malicious reports or obstruction of operations.

## 16. Reporting, blocking and moderation

Report content through existing post/comment menus. Block another author from the existing menu and unblock in Settings → Account → Blocked Users. Blocking affects only your display, not the other user's account or others' feeds. Joined Forecast results, rewards, records and essential notifications remain available.

A limited pre-post filter checks explicit direct threats, clear discriminatory attacks and explicit sexual solicitations. It does not guarantee detection of all offensive expression. Ordinary quotations, warnings and economic or policy discussions are not rejected solely for individual words. We may review reports and remove/hide content or restrict accounts. Urgent anti-abuse action may occur without advance notice; internal review criteria or reporter information may not be disclosed.

## 17. Rights

Our application, name, logo, design and software belong to us or their owners. User-content rights remain with their owners. You permit use reasonably needed to display, deliver, store, protect, support and improve the service.

## 18. Store, random items and ads

The Store exchanges Bananas for items/features. Check the item, cost, result and unlock conditions in the central confirmation. Avatar Gacha costs 10,000 Bananas for one generation entitlement; an AI generates one new image from a randomly selected category. It does not draw a pre-existing image. Category probabilities appear in the details; individual appearance probabilities and particular outcomes are not guaranteed. A failed generation retains its entitlement for retry, not an automatic Banana refund. Title Gacha costs 5,000 Bananas for one random title; duplicate points follow the item description.

Frames unlock in order: Emerald, Lime, Yellow, Orange, Coral, Purple, Blue and Cyan. Follow current displayed costs. Previously owned items and histories are not replaced or charged again due to order changes. After connection failure, reconcile request IDs, balances, ownership and ledgers before retrying. We cannot delete third-party purchase records.

This is a free, ad-supported app. Tracking permission and regional consent are different; ATT refusal does not mean ad-free use. Basic features remain available. See the Privacy Policy.

## 19. Deletion and retained records

Start deletion in Settings with your own provider reauthentication. Use is stopped during the sequential deletion of Auth and related records. Connection failure alone does not initiate deletion. Profiles, private images, ownership and Wallets are deletion targets. Records needed for public discussions, Forecast consistency, payouts, purchases, deletion and moderation may be retained with separation of identifiers or other safeguards; not all are fully anonymous.

Only for deletion while banned, a keyed comparison of verified provider identity and minimal restriction metadata is privately retained until BAN release to prevent re-registration evasion. Later legitimately linked providers are included. No new profile, email, phone, post or authentication token is saved for this purpose. Ordinary deletion does not create this BAN record. Re-registration after release does not restore the deleted UID, Wallet or ownership.

## 20. Changes and availability

Maintenance, faults, external services, law, platform requirements and safety may require reasonable changes, suspension or termination. Material changes are explained with timing and impact except where urgent circumstances prevent advance notice. Statutory rights remain intact.

## 21. No guarantee of information or generated outcomes

Posts, external information, creator decisions, Official AI judgments and avatars may be inaccurate. New Forecasts do not use in-app AI review, completion or resolution. Necessary historical AI records may remain. We do not promise uninterrupted, fault-free operation on every device but work to investigate and recover faults. This does not waive legal responsibility.

## 22. Investment and third-party responsibility

We promise neither investment profits nor reimbursement of market losses. Independently verify posts and judgments. Third-party services and user disputes have their own applicable conditions. Some infrastructure is outside our control; this does not exclude legal liability for our acts or negligence.

## 23. Compensation and statutory rights

Liability and damages follow applicable law, including causation and foreseeability. Free access alone does not reduce liability to zero. Intentional misconduct, gross negligence and obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

## 24. Restrictions

Violations or reasonable safety/fairness requirements may lead to content removal, necessary correction of Forecast/Banana processing, feature restrictions, suspension, deletion or re-registration limits. Urgent anti-abuse or legal action may occur without advance notice.

## 25. Amendments and consent

We explain changes, reasons and effective dates and seek legally required consent. Publishing a new page does not rewrite existing consent records as acceptance of a new version.

## 26. Severability

Invalidity of one provision does not invalidate the remaining provisions.

## 27. Law and jurisdiction

Japanese law applies. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, the court with jurisdiction over LittleWorks' location is the agreed court of first instance.
